All Cintrée orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (BST) are typically dispatched the same business day, while orders placed after this time will be prepared for dispatch on the next business day.

Dispatch takes place Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Once your order has been placed, should you need to amend your delivery address or contact details, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. While we will always endeavour to assist, amendments cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

International customers: 

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been produced and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Pre- Orders

Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order pieces will be clearly noted on the product page. If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, your available pieces may be dispatched separately, with pre-order items sent as soon as they become available.


Undelivered 
If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, incorrect delivery details, or failure to collect the parcel, a re-delivery fee will apply should you wish for the order to be shipped again.
