Cintrée 14-Day Returns Policy

At Cintrée, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or similar.

1.2. Items marked as “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return-gift card only.

1.5. For faulty items, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt, providing your order number and clear images of the issue. Items are classified as faulty if they arrive damaged. 

1.6. Original shipping costs is non-refundable once purchased, regardless of any returns.

CINTRÉE does not cover delivery, duties, or customs fees on returns. Any charges incurred must be settled by the customer before the return can be processed.

Made to order / Pre order items

Due to the nature of made-to-order and pre-order items, returns are accepted for store credit only. We encourage you to review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.

Upon receipt and approval of your return, store credit will be issued to the value of the item and will remain valid for 12 months.

2. Initiation of the Return

2.1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email contact@cintree.co with your order number and reason for your return request 
  • For UK returns, once your return request has been approved, a prepaid return label will be provided, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

    For international returns, customers are responsible for arranging return shipment via a tracked service at their own expense. Returned parcels should be clearly marked as Returned Goods to help avoid additional customs charges. Any duties, taxes, or fees incurred due to incorrect declaration remain the customer’s responsibility.

3. Return Shipping

3.1. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable for international orders.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.


5. Refund Process

5.1. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Exclusions

6.1. Cintree London does not accept international exchanges. Returns are accepted for eligible items as outlined in this policy, but exchanges for international orders are not available.

8. Changes to the Returns Policy

Cintrée London reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

By making a purchase from Cintrée London, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this 14-day returns policy.

There are no exceptions to this returns policy.
