Payments

We accept all major debit cards and credit cards.

Visa, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna.

All transactions are processed via Shopify Payments, Google Pay,  Apple Pay or PayPal, and are encrypted for your safety.

All payments must be made before your order is shipped to you. We work closely with Verified by Visa & MasterCard SecureCode to provide you with a safer shopping experience when using your card online.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally.

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.

Orders

How long will my order take?

Each Cintrée order is carefully prepared and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods, such as collection releases or promotional events, processing may take up to 7 additional business days. 

For pre- order items please allow 4–6 weeks for production, plus shipping time. Each garment is crafted with care, and we promise it’s worth the wait.

Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details, so you can follow your Cintrée order every step of the way.

Can I cancel my order?

As we prepare orders promptly, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible should you wish to cancel your order. If your order has not yet been prepared or dispatched, we will be happy to issue a full refund.

Please note that while we will always do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee cancellations or order modifications once processing has begun.

For pre orders , cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, production begins and we cannot cancel.

An item is out of stock?

If the piece you have your eye on is currently unavailable, we recommend selecting your size/ colour on the product page and signing up for restock notifications.

We periodically update our inventory so you’ll be among the first to know when it becomes available.

UK : The price you see is the final price 

International customers:

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

How much is shipping?

UK - Free

Rest of world - Shipping varies and is calculated at checkout

Do you accept exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges for international orders. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

What if my item arrives faulty?

We take great care in production, but if your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please email us at contact@cintree.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or repair.
